Stephen Bader - Main Objective of Course

I'd say the main objective is 2 part. The first half is learning about certain aspects of Engineering one of which will definitely be trial and error. Drones are particularly tedious machines that require extensive fine-tuning.

The other is service learning by engaging with younger potential STEM students to build interest.

Draw backs and limitations of our sensor circuit

Some drawbacks and limitations are If the drone is going to fast then sensor won't read it because the drone will pass by between the detection times. The wires are a little over the place so the drone could get caught in the wire and rip them out. The whole system is fragile, so it can't be moved around too much, or the wires will come apart. Some ways to remedy these issues are to. Protect the system by encasing it in something. Ramp up the readings per second.

This is our drawing and small-scale model for our tent. Our Fundraising idea was to have a price to try to navigate the course (Say 1 dollar) if they successfully navigate the course then they earn a raffle ticket for a gift basket of some kind.
